The prayer guild requires level 31 prayer to enter. It contains an altar that when you pray at it it raises your prayer
two levels above normal, along with the nature altar (requiring the nature spirit quest first) it is one of the two known
altars with this capibility. Also it has monk robe respawns both top and bottom.
